Remember, most of our gifts at Bubbly Zone are specially made to your order, hence, it might take up to 5 business days for your order to get ready to be dispatched from our store.

For non-personalised items, we will attempt to dispatch your goods within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and VIC public holidays.

A shipping confirmation will be then sent to your email along with tracking number.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping charges will be calculated on the cart page and during check-out.

Free Postage applies only to D.I.Y Name Decals (no tracking number provided).

FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS

We will not accept refunds/ exchanges if you change your mind or other personal reasons.

In case the items are damaged during transport/delivery, please contact us at orders@bubblyzone.com and let us know within 3 days. After 3 days we will not be able to replace your item. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

For non-personalised items

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at orders@bubblyzone.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a Return and/or Replacement.

Items must be in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn, in their
original condition including the packaging. 
Once the return has been approved, it will generally take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back into your account.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
